At Assumption School we believe that parent interest, support, and involvement are significant. It is important that parents and teachers work together in educating the child academically and attitudinally. We encourage parents to volunteer at the school and for school activities according to their time and talents. The Parent Teacher Guild (PTG) has regular meetings throughout the school year. Their primary function is fundraising. The dedicated efforts of the PTG each year assist in purchasing instructional materials and equipment, sponsoring field trips, and so much more. Assumption School’s Advisory Board assists and supports the pastor and principal in furthering the mission of the school. It is comprised of parents, parishioners and other interested members of the community.
